Take the guess work out of what you can and cannot do in those four trimesters (three trimesters of pregnancy plus the first 3 months of postnatal period). I’m here to support you through nurturing Yoga practices designed to make you feel stronger and connected.

A little bit about me...
Hi there!
I'm Ragini, a mum of 2 boys, a Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga Specialist and the founder of Mother’z Yoga.
Coming from the land of Yogis ‘India’, I was exposed to Yoga early on. Yoga has been the anchor in my life for the past 15+ years.
After many years of teaching Yoga, I found a special interest in Prenatal yoga during my first pregnancy. I was amazed with the benefits of practicing yoga during pregnancy and the difference it made towards a positive birth experience and postnatal recovery.
As your Yoga mentor, I’m excited to share these practices with you to help you have an active and wonderful pregnancy. I have designed these practices to be safe, effective and accessible, creating a nurturing space for you and your bub.
